Maintenance Service

Over time you may find your sterling silver jewellery needs a little extra TLC to clean up any unwanted marks or dirt. We are able to offer a maintenance service on certain designs so that you can have your precious piece of jewellery cleaned, polished and re-darkened to bring it back to its former glory.

As this service is only applicable to our range of Imprinted Jewellery, we kindly ask that you contact our team on studio@handonheartjewellery.co.uk with your order number if possible, so that we are able to advise on how best to clean your keepsake.

Our maintenance service usually takes 5 working days to complete, from the day on which we receive your jewellery into our studio, and the item will be returned to you in the packaging you supply when sending the item.
