Do you have a phone number?
In 2021, we made the decision to close our phone lines and move all customer service online.
This has had two major benefits; Firstly, it's enabled us to resolve any customer queries much faster by transferring enquiries to the correct person, whether the enquiry is related to Design, Sales Help, or Aftercare.
Secondly, as a small business, we control our overheads by distributing our staff all over the business as needed - this means that it's not uncommon for our Customer Service team to be pulled into the Studio to help with packing, or our designers to help with Customer Service. By keeping all communication online, we can offer a consistent high level of service to all of our customers in an efficient and prompt manner.
Do you have anywhere that I can view your designs in person?
We do not have a public shop.
We founded the company in 2009 with the aim to deliver a service which enabledanyoneto order our unique jewellery and take prints in the comfort of their own home.
While we understand that some people would prefer to browse in person, our mission means that rather than investing in a shop, we've focussed on creating an informative website and photography that displays our products in a true light.
