Hand on Heart Jewellery is experiencing a huge growth period, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity for those ready to start their career after education or looking for a career change.

We’re looking for individuals who are confident with technology, highly accurate, and detail-focused rather than those with traditional jewellery-making or craft skills.

Training will be provided, but you’ll be working with design software like Photoshop and engraving programs, as well as operating engraving machinery, so being comfortable with technology and learning new systems is essential. A keen eye for detail is also important, as tasks require a steady hand and the ability to follow instructions precisely. We want individuals who are eager to learn and excited to develop new skills, as well as those with a great work ethic—reliable, hardworking, and proud of what they do.

You’ll be working to become fully trained in all areas of production, including Polishing & Finishing, Packing & Dispatch, Engraving, and Setting Ashes into Jewellery. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through comprehensive training at all levels, gaining valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. We also offer a generous holiday allowance—starting at 6 weeks paid holiday, rising to 7 weeks after 24 months.

Location: Hand on Heart Jewellery, Penrith
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours) Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Part-Time hours (minimum 24 hours) also considered
