Caring for your Urns & Ashes Keepsakes

We understand how very special these urns and keepsakes are, and we want to help you keep them looking their very best. To ensure the longevity and condition of your memorial keepsakes, we kindly ask that you carefully follow the guidelines provided below.

Urns

Our memorial Rose Urn and Candle Holder Urn are both created from durable stainless steel. To clean any marks or smudges from your urn, we would recommend using a soft, microfibre cloth and refrain from using and cleaning solution or chemicals. 

Keepsakes

Our beautiful Memorial Ashes Keepsakes are created from a very durable, eco-friendly resin-based material which should be stored at room temperature. To keep your piece in great condition, avoid contact with water, keep out of direct sunlight and clean with a dry microfibre cloth.
