Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an Ashes Collection Kit via Royal Mail, specifically linked to your unique order. Inside the kit, you’ll find a small measuring spoon—this is all you need to gather a tiny portion of the cremation ashes. Just one teaspoon is enough to create up to six beautiful pieces of jewellery,

Once you have your kit, place the ashes into the secure tin provided and close it carefully. Then, simply use our free return service to send the pack back to us. If there are any ashes left over after we’ve completed your jewellery, we will always return them to you along with your finished piece.

If you’d like to combine ashes from more than one person into a single piece, simply place both ashes into the same tin. If you’d prefer to keep them separate, just let us know after ordering, and we’ll provide additional tins.

To help us manage our careful crafting process, we kindly ask that the Ashes Collection Pack is returned within seven days of receiving it. However, we completely understand that sometimes this may not be possible. If you need more time, we offer a flexible extension of up to six weeks. If you have any questions or concerns about returning the ashes, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help in any way we can.

This design can be crafted with hair or fur as an alternative to cremation ashes. However, it's important to note that in these jewellery pieces designed for cremation ashes, the hair or fur will not be visible. If you wish for the hair to be visible, we recommend considering our dedicated Hair Range. Nevertheless, please bear in mind that even within this range, we can't guarantee the visibility of the hair due to variations in colour and thickness.

Because each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using natural materials, slight colour variations may occur, making your keepsake truly one of a kind. This means it may not look exactly like the images shown, but these subtle differences highlight the uniqueness of every piece. Since early 2023, we have carefully positioned cremation ashes at the base of each piece whenever possible. Ashes can vary in texture and hue, which can affect the final result, and this method allows us to create a beautifully refined finish. You can explore our stunning range of colours here.

Before placing your order, we kindly ask you to double-check your ring size to ensure it is correct, as once our memorial ashes rings have been created, they cannot be resized.

Please note that not all jewellers work to the same ring measurements as we do, so to ensure your ring fits perfectly, we highly recommend using our own ring sizer. You can purchase a ring sizer from our website here and learn more about finding your ring size here.

Enhance your Jewellery Box by adding a special photograph to the inside of the box, adding an extra heartfelt touch to your jewellery.

We’ve made it easy to do – just choose the option to include a photograph from the product menu and upload your chosen image. Please note that all photos will be converted to black and white and cropped to square.

If you prefer not to add a photograph, don't worry; your jewellery will still arrive in a lovely Hand on Heart Jewellery gift box.

This design comes with a 12-month guarantee against any manufacturing defect. This means that in the unlikely event your memorial keepsake experiences a manufacturing defect, we will correct this free of charge.

The collection kit which is used to supply the ashes or hair to our studio will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed. This kit includes a prepaid tracked returns service.

Once your ashes or hair arrive in our Studio, we aim to create and dispatch your order within 21 days. The completed order will be dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service which usually takes around 2-3 days for delivery.

We handcraft each cremation ashes resin piece with care. While we strive for perfection, occasional imperfections may occur. If your jewellery falls short of our high standards, we will remake it as a priority at no extra cost. The imperfect piece and any unused ashes will be returned with your order.

If you require your jewellery to be delivered sooner, subject to availabilty, you may be offered a Fast-Track service on selected designs as you check-out. Please see the “Fast-Track Delivery” tab below for further information on this service.

International Delivery - Please note that we only deliver Jewellery made with Ashes to the UK. For orders originating from The Channel Islands, the arrangement and payment for postage to send the ashes to us will need to be handled by you. More details >

The collection kit which is used to supply the ashes or hair to our studio will be dispatched on a Special Delivery Service within 1 working day of your order being placed. This kit includes a prepaid tracked returns service.

Once your ashes or hair arrive in our Studio, we aim to have your order created and delivered within 12 days. The completed order will be dispatched using a Special Delivery service, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Due to the natural variables influencing our creation process, there may be rare instances where your jewellery needs to be remade. If this occurs, we may be unable to fulfil your order within the quoted 12 days. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and refund the Fast-Track service fee in full while ensuring your order is completed as soon as possible. If your order includes multiple pieces of jewellery and one requires remaking, we will refund the Fast-Track service fee for the affected item. The completed pieces will be dispatched by the quoted date, and we will prioritise the remake to complete it as soon as possible.

We regret that we are not able to offer a faster delivery service than the quoted 12 days.

Please be aware that if we receive your ashes within a week of a Bank Holiday, it may cause a delivery delay of 1-2 days. Once we receive the ashes, we will provide you with an accurate delivery date.

International Delivery - Please note that the Fast-Track service is only available in UK Mainland.

Included with each order are comprehensive instructions to ensure your jewellery's longevity. Key recommendations include removing your jewellery when bathing, exercising, or cleaning and avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight or UV rays. We advise against using cleaning solutions and direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. For storage, keep your piece in its original box, separately from other items, in a cool and dry place. Regular inspection of all fittings is also advised to maintain durability. More details >
