These subtle differences are a result of the natural materials and artisanal process we use, underscoring the truly unique nature of each piece.

This design comes with a lifetime no-fade guarantee on all engraving and a 12-month guarantee against any manufacturing defect. This means that in the unlikely event your memorial keepsake experiences a manufacturing defect, we will correct this free of charge.

What quantity of Cremation Ash is necessary for each piece?
We only require a minimal amount of ashes. With the Ashes Kit we send you, you'll receive a measuring spoon to gather the ashes. In most cases, one teaspoonful of ashes is enough to craft up to six pieces.

What happens to any unused Cremation Ashes?
Any unused Cremation Ashes will be returned to you with your order.

Can I use the Cremation Ashes from two people in the same design?
Customers often request us to incorporate ashes from multiple individuals into a single piece, and this is certainly feasible. While some customers are comfortable with blending the ashes in one collection bag, others prefer separate containment. If you're in the latter group, we can provide two distinct bags for the ashes. Please make sure to let us know along with your order number after you place the order, and we'll arrange this for you.

Will I be able to see the Ashes in the Jewellery?
Starting in early 2023, we began the practice of positioning all cremation ashes at the base of each piece, whenever feasible. Given that cremation ashes can greatly differ in terms of texture and hue, this led to diverse end results. By embedding the ashes at the piece's bottom, we have been able to create a visually more attractive final product.
