Ordering Hand & Footprint Jewellery is now a breeze with our simple, streamlined process. Start by personalising your design via our available options. You can provide prints using a mess-free kit we'll send you, use existing prints you might have, or even use prints from a previous order you may have placed. Once you have placed your order and have your prints ready, simply snap a photo of them and head to our Magic Print Uploader Here. Remember to keep your order number handy, which is available in your Order Confirmation Email.

When you place an order with us, we reserve a design slot to create your unique handcrafted piece. To keep everything on track, we typically need your prints within 8-12 days (or 28 days for international orders). If you’re unable to send them within this time, don’t worry—you have up to 12 weeks to provide them. However, this will extend your delivery timeframe up to 6 weeks from when we receive your prints. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an Ashes Collection Kit via Royal Mail, specifically linked to your unique order. Inside the kit, you’ll find a small measuring spoon—this is all you need to gather a tiny portion of the cremation ashes. Just one teaspoon is enough to create up to six beautiful pieces of jewellery,

Once you have your kit, place the ashes into the secure tin provided and close it carefully. Then, simply use our free return service to send the pack back to us. If there are any ashes left over after we’ve completed your jewellery, we will always return them to you along with your finished piece.

If you’d like to combine ashes from more than one person into a single piece, simply place both ashes into the same tin. If you’d prefer to keep them separate, just let us know after ordering, and we’ll provide additional tins.

We know how important this journey is, which is why we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your comfort and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do, and we want this experience to feel as smooth and reassuring as possible.

To help us manage our careful crafting process, we kindly ask that the Ashes Collection Pack is returned within seven days of receiving it. However, we completely understand that sometimes this may not be possible. If you need more time, we offer a flexible extension of up to six weeks.
