The most perfect necklace for me to treasure, to keep both of my babies together and close to my heart. It is beautiful. Communication updates were great and the turn around time from sending the ashes to receiving the jewellery wasn’t long at all. I would definitely recommend hand on heart jewellery.

Bought this for both my parents ashes and I am delighted with it , it is beautiful and the green was my mothers favourite colour and it’s perfect got the engraving on the back of necklace and I love it , very well made jewellery box is lovely and sturdy , I was kept upto date on a regular basis wonderful and respectful company and would highly recommend them

Absolutely amazing! The bracelet is really pretty and is made so well. The little touches, such as the engraving, photo and even the packaging makes it such a lovely process.

The product came exactly how described/advertised. Didn’t receive my dispatch email so emailed customer support and they sorted next day priority from the day I asked so customer service was very helpful too

My experience was excellent! My ring had become tarnished and I wasn't sure what yo use on it due to having ashes inside so I emailed them for advised. They requested a picture of my ring then sent out a couple of tarnish remover cloths to me. The difference these cloths made to my ring was amazing. It's back to how I first received it. This is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I wear this necklace every day. It makes me feel like I have a piece of my dad with me wherever I may be. In stressful times I find myself holding it or touching it. I cannot fault the service from HOH. I said that it was going to be my dads birthday, his first since he passed and also his 80th and I would like to have the piece in time for then.
