Excellent quality item. Heavy, well made and perfect for the intended use. Great updates on the progress of the order as it progressed.
Only down side was the use of carrier. Royal Mail are a disaster in my area. With such an important delivery another delivery option would have been much preferred.

Having just lost my dog I was thrilled to see your candle urns so ordered one immediately, however having just checked amazon I couldn't believe it when I saw the exact same one for less than half the price of Yr website so I will return yours
I have submitted a photo as you can see they are the same
Am so very disappointed in your business
