At Hand on Heart, we always look for innovative ways to expand our collections. We do this by listening to customer feedback, keeping a close eye on trends, and using our expertise as jewellery designers.
Brand new for 2023, we’re delighted to introduce our Collection Range. Designed to grow with you over the years, the Hand on Heart Collection bracelet and charms range can easily be added to in the future. This makes it perfect for growing families or creating a beautiful piece of keepsake jewellery with multiple charms signifying special memories.
Step One: Add a Bracelet
Our adjustable Collection Bracelet is designed to grow with you over the years. It’s sterling silver and adjustable up to approximately 20.5cm. A gorgeous gift for either yourself or someone else, the bracelet will arrive in a luxury Hand on Heart gift box. When you have your bracelet, adding charms is easy and is a beautiful way to personalise it (charms are available separately).
Step Two: Choose Your Charms
We have an excellent range of Collection charms to add to your bracelet. These charms, available in heart-shaped and round-shaped pendants, include handprint, handwriting, pawprint, footprint, drawing, fingerprint (round only) and a personalised message. (If purchasing at the same time as a bracelet, we can attach the charm for you).
Cremation ashes charms are also available, which means you can always keep the memory of a loved one close to you. You can add to your Collection bracelet by simply swapping one of the links for your charm. Available in various colours, the charm is delicately layered with the cremation ashes, crushed crystal, and clear resin to create our signature beautiful floating appearance. The reverse of the charm can be engraved with either a personal message or your loved one’s authentic handwriting.
Step Three: Build Your Collection
Every bracelet is completely unique, representing the people most precious to you. The beauty of this new range is that you can add to it as much as you wish. It’s a truly wonderful way to keep your precious memories close to you on one stunning piece of jewellery.
