Cremation ashes are one of the most popular ranges of memorial jewellery. These pieces are specially designed to hold the ashes of your loved one. Our self-fill cremation ashes range at Hand on Heart means you can do it yourself at home, so you don’t need to post any ashes away.
All of our Urn Necklaces are made from sterling silver and come with the equipment and instructions needed to transfer a small amount of ashes into the necklace. You can also choose to personalise your ashes necklace with a message or date, or we can even use a copy of your loved one’s true handwriting taken from a note, letter or greeting card.
